Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Our survey was conducted anonymously during spring 2021 town hall meetings held at every campus of CMC. All employees -- academic and non-academic staff -- were invited to attend these important meetings at which the College President, the Chief Operating Officer, the Budget Officer, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs presented important information and sought input on College programs and initiatives. The vast majority of CMC full-time employees attend these regular meetings, with the exception of some faculty who are teaching classes during the times when the meetings are held and staff who hold positions that must be accessible to the public at all times. Some part-time instructors also attend. The sample is, therefore, representative of employees across the College.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
College officials have responded to these surveys, along with discussions held at the town hall meetings, when devising flexible work arrangements for nonacademic staff. They have also adapted the institution's approach to faculty office hours based on such input. These are only two examples of how the institution takes employee input seriously and implements changes related to what is learned from employee surveys and institution-wide meetings.
