The IT financial manager provided costs for noncapital and capital purchases excluding leased equipment. Based on the reply contained below, these electronic equipment costs are single attribute costs.

CMC considers energy usage and environmental impacts in the RFP process where the institution determines which computers to purchase and which companies to purchase them from. Energy Star ratings are one example.
