A brief description of the key components of the custom OHSMS:
We use Excel spreadsheets to report each worker injury tracking their job, the division, the supervisor, the injury, if there were medical claims, lost time, work restrictions and whether or not it was reportable. We also have reporting available through our workers’ compensation vendor’s portal - where we report all accidents reported to us - whether or not they are recordable.

A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
We track all workers injuries on a spreadsheet of all accidents reported and reporting from workers' comp carriers for data; recordable if medical in excess of first aid, work restrictions, and/or lost time. We use OSHA guidelines to determine if they are reportable.
