The lowest-paid employees at the college work at $17.89/hour. That annual salary amounts to $37,212 + $28,874 in benefits.

Our commitment has been and remains @ the El Paso County rate for one adult, which is currently calculated as $17.67 for 2023. Colorado College determines pay for staff positions using applicable market studies. Colorado College strives to provide a high-quality liberal arts education to a diverse community of students.
