In 2021, 41.5% of the campus participated in the Liberal Arts Colleges Racial Equity Leadership Alliance's Racial Climate Survey. In 2021, the Anti-Racism Implementation plan was introduced.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Results were used to develop the updated strategic plan. Results illuminated findings in six categories covered by the survey (see survey link), and further engagement via focus groups and educational sessions to relay findings led to further insights and customized interventions. Student and Staff assessments have been completed, with Faculty assessments currently underway.

Presentations were given at various divisional and whole-campus gatherings such as Fall Conference, Spring Conference, and the Dean of the College meeting.
