We use Excel spreadsheets to report each worker injury tracking their job, the division, the supervisor, the injury, if there was medical claims, lost time, work restrictions and whether or not it was reportable

We track all workers injuries on spreadsheet of all accidents reported and reporting from workers'comp carrier for data; recordable if medical in excess of first aid, work restrictions, and/or lost time. We use OSHA guidelines to determine if they are reportable
