Structural assessments are ongoing, using Human Resources metrics and assessments at the departmental levels. Greater analysis of compositional diversity at the unit function level and the impact on our student related services is needed. Some structural examination of key departments that help shape the culture and learning were examined and some structural changes recommended. Recommendations, while not fully followed, have been considered.
