A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:

Structural assessments are ongoing, using Human Resources metrics and assessments at the departmental levels. Greater analysis of compositional diversity at the unit function level and the impact on our student related services is needed. However, in the past year, the College underwent an external review on race and racism in our pursuit of becoming an anti-racist institution. The process examined our institutional alimate, cutlre, attitudes, perceptions, etc. The external reviewers interviewed groups and individual faculty, staff, and student body members. Some structural examination of key departments that help shape the culture and learning were examined and some structural changes recommended. Recommendations, while not fully followed, have been considered.
