Additional notes to support the submission:
- In order to become a Colorado College licensee, applicants must disclose all factories within its supply chain.
- CLC uses factory disclosure and supply chain data to give Colorado College deep insight into where its product is sourced from, including country of origin, how many and which suppliers CC licensees are using, where suppliers are located, and how many potential workers are impacted throughout the supply.
- CLC monitors active labor rights investigations and which, if any, Colorado College licensees are affected, giving Colorado College an unprecedented glimpse into its licensing supply chain. Colorado College’s Licensing Director may access investigation information at any time, seeing when the initial report was disclosed, the supplier name, its location, licensees impacted, what type of violation was reported, who is leading the investigation and remediation details.
