All fish is purchased through Sysco, which is MSC Chain of Custody certified.
While Colorado College is not part of the Food Recovery Network, it is part of Colorado Springs Food Rescue, a food 'waste' recovery program started by CC students and operated by alums in Colorado Springs that is dedicated to food access, food education, and food production. This program meets the intents of this credit despite existing as a separate non-profit from Food Recovery Network.
