Recycling containers are provided to all those living in dorms, a website details what is recycled and where things can be recycled. CFL bulbs are provided to all dorm residents, along with instructions for what to do if a CFL is broken are also provided. It also asks that students purchase Energy Star appliances for their rooms and to turn off appliances and AC units when not in use. It describes some of the infrastructure changes that have been implemented to reduce resource and energy use in the dorms and on campus and ways that students that can help.
