Meet the Greens, part of First Year Experience, is an activity fair focused entirely on sustainability and geared for incoming students. Sustainability groups, internships, research projects, and other such opportunities table at the event where music and food is served. Sustainability is also included in the required sessions new students must attend, within the campus culture section. Reusable bags are provided to all new students (undergraduate, graduate, transfer) on which recycling information about the campus is included and compact fluorescent bulbs are handed out as well.
