All staff are encouraged to participate in the many committees involved in COA’s governance, including the institutional and student-run Campus Committee for Sustainability. Staff are also encouraged to attend the weekly All College Meeting, where issues of sustainability are frequently on the agenda. At the meeting, each issue is explained at length so as to allow for informed voting by each member in attendance, including the staff of the college.
