A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
In order to gain a clearer understanding of the quality of service provided by various departments at the College of Lake County, employees were asked to rate their satisfaction with 30 services provided by the College. Employees were asked to specify whether they were Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Dissatisfied, Very Dissatisfied, or Not Applicable (Have not used) with each of the services. Customer satisfaction ratings were determined by calculating the percent of respondents who were either Very Satisfied or Satisfied with a service, excluding those who had not used that service. The same survey was sent out Fall 2009 and Fall 2010 during the same time period.
