A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
Building HVACR engineers operate and monitor the building automation system which continually adjusts return air, mixed air, discharge air, and percentage of outdoor air which enters the building. These practices ensure correct air flow and fresh air ventilation. Building HVACR engineers perform daily planned maintenance procedures which include inspections and filter changes. Known pollutant sources are contained and stored within designated fire-safe isolation areas to prevent contamination of indoor air quality.
