Stone Soup Collective Cooking Demos
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
The student chapter of Stone Soup Collective is modeled after the success of its parent chapter, which aims to provide fresh, local food to vulnerable community members. Student leaders work to gather produce from food hubs and campus gardens to demonstrate how to make and then distribute healthy, warm meals to CofC students. This effort is actively working to reduce food insecurity on campus.
