A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:

To identify sustainability-focused or related research, Dr. Brian Fisher and Center for Sustainable Development team reviewed every departmental faculty listing on the College of Charleston's official website and searched individual full-time faculty profiles for research interests and publications.

We utilized the spreadsheet and definitions provided by AASHE to document the results.

The inventory was reviewed by Office of the Provost staff members and validated by Center for Sustainable Development staff members and leadership.
