A brief description of the policies and procedures that ensure community stakeholder engagement is applied systematically and regularly across the institution’s activities:
Colgate actively engages with the Hamilton community on all major institutional decisions that impact our growth and/or land use.
None
A brief description of how the institution identifies and engages community stakeholders, including any vulnerable or underrepresented groups:
The population of Colgate is about as equal to the population of Hamilton. The two communities work closely together on all major decisions. Furthermore, the majority of our faculty and staff are residents of Hamilton. Therefore, the overlap makes it difficult to distinguish one from the other - the two communities are inherently linked and depend on each other.
