Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The Campus Climate Survey is not directly used to assess employee satisfaction, however employees can identify situations they have felt uncomfortable and areas they believe the College needs to improve in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The survey will give the College a good sense of what is amiss for College employees, and then work to improve the identified weaknesses, thus indirectly increasing employee satisfaction.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The Campus Climate Survey results are currently under review. An outside scholar is reviewing the results and compiling analyses of the notable highlights and recommendations. The President's Task Force on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity made recommendations to address issues among faculty and staff, including more targeted hiring to increase diversity in all departments across campus, administering the Climate Survey, and upgrading the Faculty-in-Residence program to create a more intellectual, inclusive culture in the dormitories. The Climate Survey will be administered to all staff and faculty every three years.
