Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes
None
A brief description of how printing is limited:
Color printing on campus computers is limited to 50 copies after which the individual is charged for each color copy. While Colby does not impose a limit on black & white printing, individuals printing to printers in the college libraries and computer labs must go through a "print release station" involving an additional confirmation process before a document can be printed. The objective of the process is to alert users to conservation practices and to reduce unnecessary printing.
