Campus-Wide: LiveWell at CCU is a campus-wide initiative that promotes the overall well-being of students, faculty and staff, connecting people to campus activities and easy-to-find resources that help everyone become healthy, engaged and more productive. CCU is committed to its mission of developing healthy and productive citizens through a supportive environment dedicated to continuous self-improvement. The LiveWell website has tools and resources for a healthy mind, body and spirit. There are links for active living, healthy eating, physical health, emotional wellness, intelligent living, tobacco-free and sustainable lifestyles.

For Students: Student Health Services (SHS) provides quality primary care as well as prevention and education services that are student-centered with an emphasis on teaching personal responsibility for health and wellness. All Coastal Carolina University students are eligible for unlimited office visits. Coastal Carolina students also have free and immediate access to medical and mental health support through TimelyMD, the leading telehealth company specializing in higher education.

For Faculty/Staff: The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a CCU-sponsored benefit for employees, their legal dependents and members of the employee's household. Life Services EAP provides confidential counseling for all types of situations. These include, but are not limited to: Relationship issues; Financial concerns; Alcohol and drug addiction; Legal issues; Emotional problems; Grief and stress.
You Live Well: Youlivewell.coastal.edu is a wellness portal designed to help with the core aspects of living in today's fast paced world. It contains information and resources for your professional and personal success. It also has links to resources right here on campus.
CCU's HR also offers on-going preventive health screenings and services. Services are either free or available to faculty and staff at a low cost.
