The CSU Dining program is managed by Chartwells. Sustainable procurement strategies include cage-free eggs, poultry without routine use of antibiotics, hormone-free dairy, fair trade coffee, locally-grown produce, and seafood which meets Monterey Bay Aquariums' Seafood Watch program specifications.
Date for this credit is not available due to the closure of the CSU campus in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
