The floor area included in this credit is newly constructed building space. No major renovations were completed that meet LEED definitions of major renovation - including major HVAC improvements, significant building envelope modifications and major interior rehabilitation, and more than 60% of interior finishes, and more than 60% of structural systems included in the project.
