A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

IMPACT, an Employee Assistance Program, is available to all full-time and part- time employees and their household members. IMPACT is designed to confidentially provide professional guidance and assistance in such areas as stress, legal issues, financial concerns, marital or family stress, alcohol or drug abuse, depression, wellness issues, physician research, or relocation support. Up to five counseling sessions per incident are available at no cost to each eligible employee and family member.
