CSU conducts periodic employee satisfaction surveys in partnership with 3rd party reviewers of employee
satisfaction/performance/incentives for inclusion in comparative studies of other employers (both within and outside of higher education). The results of these reviews inform Labor and Employee Relations practices such as employee counseling techniques, collective bargaining, responding to union and non-union grievances, labor relations training and university policy
