The Division of Institutional Diversity engages the campus
community in Diversity Training and Education programs through workshops and forums and is a resource for the surrounding
community.
The Diversity Training and Education Program provides
opportunities for students, faculty and staff to develop culturalcompetency. Grounded in the theory of diversity management, the Diversity Training and Education Program is also a resource for supporting discipline-specific development of cultural competency.
