Appreciating Differences Going to work every day goes beyond just doing your job. It is often about the people we interact with each day. This track is designed to improve cohesion and collaboration in the workplace. It covers topics related to diversity, learning about yourself, working with multiple generations, and civil treatment of co-workers and customers. Courses in this track include: ■Cultural Competency ■Staying Positive Around Negative People ■Increasing Your Emotional Intelligence ■The Multi-Generational Workplace
