During New Faculty and Staff Orientation, employees are provided a variety of information about sustainability including:
- An overview of the University's commitment to sustainability
- Public transportation, including transit, bus, and rental car programs, as well as our on-site bike share program
- Directions to receive W2's digitally (instead of a hard copy)
- Sustainable food choices on campus
- Sustainable health/fitness opportunities on campus
- A tour of campus that includes sustainability-related highlights
- Information on our economic sustainability programs related to our Office of Access, Compliance, and Education’s minority student and business-related outreach
- An introduction to the University Commissions, including the Clemson University Sustainability Commission
