Clemson University embraces a holistic approach to Wellness and recognizes that mental and physical health are linked. This is accomplished by finding balance through the Eight Dimensions of Wellness – Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social and Spiritual. Clemson offers on-campus Wellness resources through the Academic Success Center, Campus Recreation, Center for Career and Professional Development, Clemson Sustainability, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), and Student Clubs and Organizations. Wellness resources at Clemson University are available to students, faculty and staff.
