Yes

A brief description of the bicycle sharing program:
The Knight Rider Bicylce Program was established as part of the Institute for a Sustainable Environment's Sustainability Fund that gives a large sum of funds to different sustainability projects and initiatives on campus. The program has around 20 bikes that can be rented out on short-term and long-term bases for an affordable fee ($2/24 hours or $20 for semester). Along with the bike, the student receives a helmet and lock. The program is open to all students at Clarkson University, from undergraduate students to graduate students. There is one Level 2 ChargePoint Electric Charger located in the parking lot in front of Clarkson's ERC building. This parking lot is the most central to all the academic buildings on campus and the charging station provides a quick access to the ERC building. The St. Lawrence County Public Transit offers a "College Connector" line in which the three of the four colleges in the region (SUNY Canton, Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam) have connector buses that students from all colleges can use for free once they show their IDs. The bus routes run seven days a week and provides free Wifi. On other bus routes, students can show their IDs and only have to pay $2 per trip.
