Sustainability newsletter or social media platform
Yes
A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:
The Institute for a Sustainable Environment (ISE) sends a weekly to monthly email newsletter to ISE affiliates and students from across campus to highlight events, opportunities, and activities available through the ISE (these are not archived and not available on the web). The ISE also has a Facebook and Instagram page that it promotes sustainability events and initiatives. The link to the Facebook can be found here (https://www.facebook.com/cusustainability) and the Instagram can be found here (https://www.instagram.com/clarksonsustainability/)
Signage
Yes
A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
Our Technology Advancement Center (TAC) is where the Institute for a Sustainable Environment is located. In the entry way of that building we have a large display showing different ways that Clarkson's operations and academics relate to the UN SDGs. There is also a display in this area about LEED attributes for the building. In this area you can also see the pumps and catchment tank for TAC's rainwater catchment system.
The Student Center has a display related to LEED Silver Certification and our Tree Campus USA designation. Signage is also available in the LEED certified Beacon Institute building at Dennings Point where Clarkson runs a satellite campus. There is signage at some of our meadow restoration sites. In our Center for Advanced Materials Processing building (CAMP) there are museum-type displays of some of Clarkson's prominent sustainability-related researchers.

Sustainability map or tour
Yes
A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:
The ISE worked directly with the admissions office to integrate sustainability features into the campus tours that are given to prospective students. In addition to this the Institute for a Sustainable Environment partners with the Office of Student Life to offer sustainability tours of campus.
Green living guide
Yes
A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:
The student orientation materials have sustainability integrated throughout them. Rather than a separate guide, the Institute for a Sustainable Environment partnered with the Office for Student Life to integrate sustainability within their guides for incoming students (purchasing EPEAT electronics, communicating with roommates to share appliances, etc).
The ISE works closely with Residence Life to host sustainability events and communicate about sustainability practices with the residents. For example, when students leave for breaks the residence life office sends notices regarding energy usage steps that students should take before departing. There is also a page on the internal Clarkson website that gives a guide for green living.
Website link for residential life, where information on sustainability can be found throughout: https://www.clarkson.edu/student-life/housing-dining/residence-life

Optional Fields
The University has TVs across campus that departments and groups can post images/infographics to. The ISE has the ability to promote and showcase different sustainability events and practices across these TVs as we have our own "channel" that puts our posts at various different locations across campus. Sustainability messaging is embedded throughout the campus through this system throughout the semester.
