The % reductions for energy are based on energy per square footage (not total energy consumed). These reductions are averaged over the entire campus since we do not have individual building meters to monitor direct impacts for each of the buildings we have upgraded.
We follow LEED Silver guidelines rather than Energy Star for building renovations.
