As a result of the findings of the 2007 survey, the following were implemented:
* Developed full HR office,
* Established new Gender issues, multicultural affairs and ADA committees
* Developed SafeSpace training and network,
* Developed Women in Science and Engineering living-learning environment
* Established AA training program for all employees on search committees
