The 11 acre urban campus is integrated into the city of Worcester, with city streets, commercial and residential areas interspersed through campus. There is a central core with clusters of outlying buildings.

There is an undeveloped 7 acre woods with no buildings not included.
Rental properties for which we previously paid utilities and maintained have been decoupled from University responsibility.
