Public Employees Safety and Health (PESH). PESH is a U.S. Department of Labor OSHA-approved workplace safety and health program operated by the State of New York.

Employees and students report all accidents, injuries and exposures to Public Safety, who fills out an Incident Report. Public Safety asks the injured party to complete a Witness Statement. These documents are forwarded for processing to Human Resources for employees, and to Student Health for students, with a copy going to Environmental Health and Safety.
