Chatham uses LEED as its main green building rating system. Our Eastside campus building is certified Silver for Commercial Interiors. Eden Hall Field Lab and Dairy Barn are LEED Platinum Certified. Since Eastside was certified more than 5 years ago, the Eden Hall properties are the only ones represented above.

As part of our ACUPCC agreement, we have committed that all future buildings must meet at least LEED silver. Eden Hall buildings are to be built to LEED Platinum standards.
