LEED O+M Platinum or the highest achievable level under another GBC rating system 0 Square feet
LEED O+M Gold or the 2nd highest level under another 4- or 5-tier GBC rating system 0 Square feet
Certified at mid-level under a 3- or 5-tier GBC rating system (e.g. BREEAM-In Use, CASBEE for Existing Buildings, DGNB, Green Star Performance) 0 Square feet

A copy or the green cleaning policy:
A brief description of how green cleaning is incorporated into cleaning contracts:

Energy Management and Benchmarking

Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):
100

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
Chatham is affiliated to Pittsburgh’s 2030 Districts, whose mission is to reduce energy use, water consumption, transportation emissions by 50% by 2030. To do our part in fulfilling this mission, Chatham uses many live-data platforms to monitor our data usage at this institution. We use Lucid to provide an energy dashboard at our Eden Hall campus. This platform portrays the amount of energy being produced and used for all the buildings at that campus. To monitor our solar thermal production, we use Automated Logic. This data is then inserted into SIMAP to track our greenhouse gas emissions (i.e., Scope 1, 2, and 3 emission factors), in addition to Portfolio Manager to monitor our electricity, heating, and water usage. Between these sources, we can fulfill the monitoring requirements for Second Nature, and the platform used to track progress for 2030 Districts. By combining these different analytical tools, it allows us to have a holistic view of Chatham’s sustainability initiatives and will enable us to narrow in and prioritize specific sustainability-related recommendations for both facilities and the Board of Trustees. Based on the issues specific to our region, Chatham is prioritizing our transition to LED lighting sources and identifying stormwater management reduction at this time.
