The highest paid is $192.31 per hour ($400,000 annual salary plus benefits) and lowest is $15.30 ($30,163 plus benefits). This is a 1:12.57 (or rounded to 1:13) ratio. All full-time employees receive benefits, which we budget our at 25% of salary, as well as the tuition-remission education benefit for employee, spouse, partner and any dependent children.
