The highest paid is $192.31 per hour ($400,000 annual salary plus benefits) and lowest is $15.30 ($30,163 plus benefits). This is a 1:12.57 (or rounded to 1:13) ratio.
All full-time employees receive benefits, which we budget our at 25% of salary, as well as the tuition-remission education benefit for employee, spouse, partner and any dependent children.

About tuition remission: Tuition Remission
Tuition remission applies to employees, dependents, and spouses who take classes at Chatham University at no cost. The tuition remission benefits are as follows:
Undergraduate Programs:
Full-time Employees after 180 day introductory period
Dependents/Spouses after one year of service
Graduate Tuition remission is for full-time employees only (it does not include dependents and spouses) after completing the 180-day introductory period.
