Chatham University offers all of its employees a living wage therefore all employees are ensured to receive sustainable compensation, including contractors, copy center, dinging service, bookstore, security and parking employees. Compensation levels were compared to living wage calculations for Pittsburgh using data from MIT's living wage calculator.
