The Horizon Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers
support, guidance and resources for the Chapman community that can help resolve personal issues and meet life’s challenges. This service is provided at no additional cost to in connection with your Group Long Term Disability coverage. The Horizon Health EAP can help you with all of the following:
• Child care and elder care
• Alcohol and drug abuse
• Life improvement
• Difficulties in relationships
• Stress and anxiety with work or family
• Depression
• Personal achievement
• Emotional well-being
• Financial and legal concerns
• Grief and loss
• Identity theft and fraud resolution
The program is available 24 hours a day, every day, to Chapman faculty and staff and members of their household.
