Which of the following best describes the institution’s approach to rainwater management?:
No written policies, plans or guidelines, but green infrastructure and LID practices are used

A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:

At the Coyote Center and Ironwood Hall on Pecos campus, and Engel Hall at Williams campus: Rainwater from the building is being collected and routed to cistern holding areas to provide additional water resources for the plantings (at the front canopy) via the rain-cable scuppers. All rainwater is collected onsite and retained in landscaped retention basins. At Coyote Center, the landscaping was an improvement from the previous (bare) retention areas in the front of the campus.
At the Environmental Technology Center, there is a demonstration rainwater collection basin for educational purposes in the garden.
