Any new or remodeled building since 2007 is guided by LEED Silver standards. In that time, we have certified 6 buildings under LEED Silver or Gold, and many more follow these guidelines.
Some green building features include:
Use of artificial turf and Insulated concrete form walls,
a computerized Energy Management System designed for the automated control and monitoring of the heating,
ventilation and lighting needs of the building,
and reclaimed water for exterior irrigation.
