Annual May Employee Service Day employees can choose to participate in a menu of service options over the day. (On hold in 2020 and 2021, due to the pandemic, but resumed in 2022.)
There are additional service options throughout the year, including reading mentoring at the neighboring elementary school and service options offered as part of Martin Luther King, Jr. commemoration week.
As of March 2016, there is a field for staff to include campus and community service in their annual performance review process.
