Every 2-3 years we participate in the Modern Think survey - which all full time employees are invited to fill out. http://www.modernthink.com/web/higher-education-expertise/ As of April 25, 2016, there was a 78% response rate for this year's survey. The Staff Welfare and the Faculty Welfare committees, working together with our Human Resources Department (known as the People Center), are then charged with coming up with proposals for addressing any concerns raised in the survey results.

The Staff Welfare and the Faculty Welfare committees, working together with our Human Resources Department (known as the People Center), are then charged with coming up with proposals for addressing any concerns raised in the survey results.
