Employees are strongly encouraged to purchase recycled content paper (currently also our best price). Typically, an annual reminder has gone out to operations managers of departments to remind them on this, and is listed under our Preferred Purchasing Guidelines. Recycled content paper (either 30% or 100% is marked as the preferred choice for copy paper within our office supply vendor, WB Mason.

We switched office supply vendors in 2015-2016, and was not able to get data from prior vendor for 2014-2015, so this info will be updated next year.
