A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
The CWU Ellensburg campus is the institutional boundary for our STARS report. Centers and instructional sites are not included in this report.
The main campus is composed of a combination of original buildings and the additional, state of the art buildings with LEED certification. It is a community campus with the SURC being a community center for students who live on campus. The student housing is integrated within the campus and more is being built in connection to the current campus, like a center hub having additions attached.

This AASHE STARS assessment is based only on the Ellensburg Campus. University center buildings are leased and shared with community college partners. GHG emissions inventories historically only represent Ellensburg campus.
