2022 Climate Survey – employees’ awareness, perspectives, experiences, understanding of and responses to diversity, inclusion, equity and inequities. Will be administered in mid-May
Equity Scorecard – using the University of Southern California’s Equity Scorecard, CWU has begun the thoughtful and intentional inquiry, reflection, and decision-making of our campus by identifying current activities to address equity for racially marginalized students and their outcomes. Is a multi-year process begun in November 2021, currently laying the groundwork for greater participation and support. A report will be submitted in July to summarize progress to date.
