Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
We were not able to acquire total expenditure data for cleaning and janitorial purchasing. We were able to get the following information:
Custodial supplies:
Housing and academic custodial both use green seal floor stripper. Academic custodial also only uses green seal wax. Last year CWU spent about $6000 on wax.
Paper products:
For housing and academic custodial, CWU purchases roughly >5% paper product that is not green seal or FSC cert., 2-7% is green seal certified and 88-93% is FSC cert. All toilet paper in housing and academic buildings are either green seal or FSC cert. All paper towels in housing and academic buildings, except tri-fold in the health center, are FSC cert.
