A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
When replacing equipment of all types, energy efficiency plays a roll in the purchasing of the replacement products. Overtime this has allowed us to reduce emissions from all mobile sources. (ie. hybrid vehicles, diesel vehicles / equipment equipped with diesel particulate filters)

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
We do not have monitoring equipment in place to monitor true emission outputs. The only way we could approximate these is by calculating all stationary fuel used which would be an extremely inaccurate.
