COTC Health Benefits are provided by The Ohio State University and the we participate in "Your Plan for Health" (YP4H). This program is a preventive approach to wellness for faculty, staff and their families, and provides resources that will empower them to pursue a life of health and wellness. YP4H services include Biometric Health Screenings, Personal Health Assessments, health-related financial incentives, Personal Health Coaching, Care Coordination for chronic conditions, and The Ohio State Employee Assistance Program, Educational Programming, and much more.
