Each year, the office of human resources develops a professional development calendar that provides workshops on a variety of topics. Workshops have been conducted on diversity, ergonomics, sexual harassment, leadership, performance coaching, Civility in the Workplace, human trafficking and modern-day slavery: practical tools for an effective response, change management, raising healthy kids in an overweight world, understanding Alzheimer’s disease and related Dementia, retirement planning, financial workshops, and more.
